Terms and Conditions of 'Sign Up to ReGroup' (SA) Promotion

Regroup Australasia Pty Ltd (ABN 68 667 427 581) (“Regroup”) provides group booking services, including the sale and distribution of group tickets, as an agent for the promoter or person responsible for holding the relevant event (the “Seller”). In providing these services, Regroup owns and operates Regroupnow.com.au (the “Site”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the current competition. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions relate to the entrant whose contact details are provided (“you”).

“You” and “Your” means all persons named in an entry (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). “We”, “us”, “our” and “Regroup” means Regroup Australasia Pty Ltd (ABN 68 667 427 581).

Variation to Terms and Conditions

Regroup may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them. Any variations will only apply to entries made after these Terms and Conditions have been updated.

Chance to Win Promotion (SA) Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and ReGroups General Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to residents of South Australia over the age of eighteen. Employees of ReGroup and their immediate families and agencies and companies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
The competition commences at 6am on Wednesday 23 April 2025 Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) and will close at 11:59pm on Friday 9 May 2025 AEDT.
If you are already on our mailing list you may not enter as it is a condition of entry.
You may only enter the competition once during the competition period. The ReGroup reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete or automated entries. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid.
To enter the competition, you must complete the online sign-up form on the ReGroup website, complete your contact details, and click ‘submit’ during the competition period.
This is a game of chance to win:
1. Two (2) x tickets to see Disney's Beauty and the Beast on any Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday evening performance in June 2025 playing at the Adelaide Festival Theatre, Adelaide.
2. Pre-Show Dinner for two (2) at The Star: Kitchen & Bar at the Adelaide Festival Centre.
3. Two (2) x glasses of sparking wine upon arrival at the theatre.
4. One (1) x surprise merchandise gift bag upon arrival at the theatre.
There will be one prize draw. The winners will be selected at random by a Random Number Generator on Monday 12 May 2025 at 2/22 Albert Rd, South Melbourne, VIC.
The total prize pool is valued at AU $550.
ReGroup's decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winners will be notified by ReGroup by email no later than Wednesday 14 May 2025. The prize must be redeemed by responding to that email by 10am on Friday 16 May 2025.
If, for any reason, a winner does not claim the prize by Friday 16 May 2025 in the manner referred to in section 10 above, or the contact details supplied by them were incorrect, we reserve the right to draw a second chance prize winner on Friday 16 May 2025, and that person will be the prize winner (and the same terms and conditions will apply except that the date in this section 11 for claiming the prize will be Monday 19 May 2025).
The prize will be sent via email to the email address provided by the winners.
If the competition prize includes performance tickets, they must be used on the date for which they are booked and are not redeemable for cash or transferable for another performance, date or time.
ReGroup and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
If for any reason this promotion is cancelled or is not capable of running as planned, due to an intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by ReGroup then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
The personal information you provide in entering this competition will be used by ReGroup to conduct the competition. By entering this promotion, you consent to the storage of your personal information on our database and we may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products including contacting you via electronic messaging. Your name and contact details may also be shared with various third party organisations, including resident companies, presenting partners and our sponsors, who may contact you from time to time regarding promotions. Such organisations must comply with the ReGroup's Privacy Policy and with strict conditions governing how personal information is to be handled including applicable privacy Laws.
In case of an emergency the Promoter will use the contact details supplied by you when entering this competition.
